The game can end in several different ways, depending on the course of action you choose to take. realMyst: Masterpiece Edition is a beautifully updated version of realMyst for today’s Mac and Windows computerscelebrating the 20th anniversary of Myst The worlds have been reconstructed. There’s also a library, where you can discover two more books that expand game-play even further. Once you get used to looking through the special book, you will find that placing your hand on the last page, transports you to the world that is being described in a certain section of the book. You must explore these worlds and find clues that will reveal the history of the game’s characters. There were so many times I wished I could move around and explore in the original Myst game, but now you can with Real Myst.
The time of day and night even rotates to give an additional altering experience to the gamer.
REAL MYST LAST WORLD FULL
Once you arrive on this enchanted island, you must solve puzzles and travel to other worlds which are called Ages. The first Myst game released in 1994 was epic and beautiful, now picture full 3D rotation and real time movement. You are a stranger that finds a special book that allows you to travel to the island of Myst. Relax in the falling leaves in the Selenitic Age. Listen to the crickets as the sun sets in the Channelwood Age. You can explore anywhere, unfettered, and in realtime Pick your own path through the forest on Myst Island. Youre basically told 'enjoy the books' and thats kinda it. So much so that it didnt even have a real 'ending' so to speak, just a place where it stopped progressing. The bow was a quarter of the way around the rock. This newly refreshed and rebuilt version of realMyst is all-things Myst, but amazingly more real. Unlike the later games which all had actual endings, Myst was very open ended. I showed up on the stern half of the ship, which seemed to be sticking out of the rock. In RealMyst, when youve completed the story, you do get a small change to your environment a clue appears which leads you to a last bonus world. Emmit, Branch, Will, there's no sign of them.
